Spat sizes do not relate to shoe size.  Someone with a size 6 can have a spat size of 1 for thin ankles, up to 4 for thicker ankles.  However measuring for spats is relatively easy.  We have designed a form to enable you to measure at home, alternatively, you can make an appointment to be measured for a bespoke set.
